Purchasing a Design Package with Truly Styled, You signifies that you have read and agree to the below terms of services.
e-Design Terms of Service
✓ You are prepared to bring your Truly Styled, You space to life post final design approval due to the nature of online shopping and risk associated with items going out of stock.
✓ If you would like to secure your package timeline but are not ready for Truly Styled, You to being designing, please let us know your desired time frame during our initial welcome email correspondence period.
✓ Truly Styled, You strives to meet your style needs during our initial concept design process. If for any reason we do not meet your style needs on your first concept we will offer up to 2 additional concepts to ensure you are satisfied prior to final design.
✓ For our Interior e-design packages, you are aware that you have 7 business days post final design submission for unlimited revisions with Truly Styled, You. After 7 business days we are happy to continue making changes but will charge a $50 fee per item to continue to resource. *Please note: This does not apply to an item that has gone out of stock and you just need a replacement. This refers to a new item being requested, or a complete design change request.
✓ Purchasing your design package will place you into Truly Styled, You’s design client portal. Once your design begins, you will be notified via email and set up in our design platform. From here we will schedule your initial concept call with Truly Styled, You. Turnaround times vary but we are currently looking at starting your design 1-2 weeks out from date of purchase.
✓ Our initial concept call and concept review will be conducted via video chat unless otherwise specified. All other typical correspondence will take place in our online design portal as this is a virtual service. This will allow for streamlined communication and all information to remain in one place as both our Truly Styled, You designers are working on your project.
✓ You recognize that because this is a virtual (online) design service, we have not and cannot see every single item that we recommend in person. We use our design expertise along with reviews to ensure high quality items that will fit within your design and budget. Items can always appear different than expected via online or in your design. This is an associated risk with online design. If this does happen, we will help you to facilitate a suitable replacement.
✓ You recognize that because this is a virtual (online) design service, we are suggesting sizes to the best of our ability based on the measurements we have received, from you the client. We recommend double checking each of these measurements prior to purchase to ensure proper fit.
✓ Truly Styled, You consists of a team of two talented designers, Kris and Amy, each of which will working on your project to provide you with two concepts prior to your final design. Each based on your style, your personality and your home and how they translate it to your design.
✓ Truly Styled, You often shares our client designs, progress pics and final rooms completed on social media. Please let us know upfront it you prefer your designs not be shared with others.
✓ Initial package once purchased are honored for up to 6 months from date of purchase. Projects must be started within 6 months to honor original purchase value. If prices have increased before the project has started after 6 months of purchasing the design package, an invoice will be sent to the client for the difference before we begin the project.
For Local In Home and Full Service Clients
✓ If local, we would truly love to continue working with you throughout the completion of your projects. Add-on services such as project management, personal shopping, ease of purchase, in home styling are available upon request and will be charged at our hourly rate.
✓ For Project Support on renovations we will provide a plan for in home meetings, virtual meetings, purchasing of items, and design handoff to contractors.
✓ For in home styling and personal shopping we always start with a full 8 hour day on invoice. which allows us time to shop for additional items that take your design to the next level as well as time to style your space. All projects are not created equally. Some involve more installation and assembly of items which naturally take more time. We keep track of our time and will let you know if more time will be needed to complete your project.
In General
✓ Our hours of operation are 8-5:30 M-F EST, but our design portal is open 24/7 so if you have a question and don’t want to forget to ask it you are welcome to leave it on the design portal and we will check it as soon as we are back in!
